Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Here is one more recipe that we love and it is quick and easy to make. It is one of our favorites.

You will need:
1 lb chicken breast
2 large bell peppers
1 medium onion
1 lb pasta
3 Tbs butter, vegetable oil or olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta. Cut peppers and onion into strips or large bite size pieces and set aside. Cut Chicken in to strips or bite size pieces. Place 1 Tbs of the butter in a pan with chicken, minced garlic and a little salt and pepper.  Cook on med heat until chicken is most of the way cooked on the outside. Add bell pepper and onion and cook until chicken cooked thoroughly and bell peppers start to become tender. At this point I like to turn the heat up to high and cook it until it is browned a little.

Add remaining amount of oil or butter to hot pasta and toss with garlic salt, Parmesan cheese and chicken mixture.

You can add other vegetables to the chicken like broccoli, cauliflower or zucchini.
