Here are a couple more things I thought of:
Ellora likes to sing the alphabet. Most of the letters are "ah's" and "oh's" but some of them she gets right and she knows the tune well enough that even other people can tell what she in singing. Every time she sees a letter (or something that resemble a letter) she likes to pretend to read what letters they are. Usually "I, I, I"
Ellora also likes to count to ten. We have a little hot wheels car that you have to charge for 10 seconds on its base and then it speeds around the room. We all count together as it charges and Ellora's counting goes like this: "5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,9,5"
